Our strength:
We manufacture customer-specific internal broaching machines as required by our customers with traction of 3 tons to 10 tons and maximum stroke 600 mm to 1,200 mm.
We also offer complete equipment of our machines as well as measurement, try-outs and testing before shipment.
If you order a machine from us, we strongly recommend ordering the accessories you need at the same time as you need for the work you are planning to do. Thus you avoid delays in the commissioning and execution of your customer orders.

Drive:
The drive is provides by two hydraulic cylinders. These cylinders are connected to a very well-designed hydraulic unit, which delivers the necessary power for the broaching operation.

Speed:
It is possible to change the speed of the machine through a flow control valve on the power supply, while the broaching force can be adjusted by valves.

Security:
To operate the machine, two buttons on the front must be pressed simultaneously with both hands (two-hand release). This avoids the danger that the operator of the machine will be within the working range of the machine during the working process. This reduces the risk of accidents to a minimum.

Cooling unit:
The efficient coolant unit provides sufficient cooling lubricating oil from above. There is also an oil flow on the broach through the machine table through a plurality of channels drilled in the machine bed. This helps to remove the chips from the broach.

Derrivation of the chips:
The chips from the broching process are collected in a spacious chip tray at the bottom of the machine. The tray can be easily emptied by removing it from the side of the machine.

Adjustment of the stroke:
The positioning of the stroke is set by two limit switches.

Pull Bridge:
The design auf the massive pull bridge enables the use of standard pullers according to DIN 1418. Depending on the number of stations used, one, two or three pullers can be used.

Guide ways:
The pull bridge is guided by the guide bars. These bars are hardened, hard chromed and are finished with close tolerances to ensure jerk-free movement.

Optionals

After Cooler:
After cooler is also provided on the machine on special request if the ambient temperature of workplace is high, specially in summer.

Load cell:
The broaching machine can be supplied with a load cell. The machine power would be automatically cut off in case the actual load on the broach exceeds the set value. This can be prevent breakage of tool due to abnormal increase in load.

Counter:
The machine can be also fitted with a counter. The counter can be reset after every resharpening. Thus the exact time of sharpening can be determined avoiding overuse of tool.

Accessories

The accessory is not included in the machine price, because it depends on the type of broach used. It should be selected for each individual requirement. However, to avoid a delay in commissioning the machine, the necessary accessories should be ordered together with the machine.

Puller SJ DIN 1418:
These serve to fix broaches with round shanks in the pulling mechanism. In these holders the broaches are automatically locked for the working stroke and released after completion of the return stroke. Depending on their size, these shank holders can be used on all horizontal and vertical broaching machines. For shafts SJ with safety device (key) against turning in the holder.

We supply puller according to DIN 1418 in different designs and sizes. These are suitable for broaching tools with shanks to DIN 1417. Common sozes we deliver within 2 weeks.
Puller for broaching tool shanks according to DIN 1415 are also available on request.
