Gleser GmbH has put a self-developed CNC profile grinding machine in operation. The type MK8612-2000 is used for manufacturing gauges, broaching tools and precision spline shafts with straight tooth flanks. The teeth are manufatured with the help of the grinding wheels. For broaches, gauges and other products with splines, serration and involute splines and any special profile.
We use the CNC control CNC8055i/FL-M made by Fagor, Spain.
The machine has a single-axis dressing device, high-performance grinding wheel main axis, CNC dividing head with direct drive, adjustable tailstock, bezel and more functional units.
